At Andromedsdiary, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a dropshipping print-on-demand service, each product is custom-made and shipped directly from our suppliers. While we strive to deliver high-quality products, certain conditions apply to refunds and returns due to the nature of our business.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If the wrong product, size, or design is delivered.
  • Lost or Missing Orders: If your order is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: Custom-made products are non-returnable due to personal preference.
  • Incorrect Order Information: Orders placed with incorrect sizes, colors, or addresses.
  • Minor Variations: Slight differences in color or placement may occur due to the printing process.
  • Late Delivery: Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance are beyond our control.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Evidence: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem (if applicable).
  3. Wait for Review: We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision.

4. Return Process

  • If your refund request is approved, we may require the item to be returned.
  • You will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Note: Unauthorized returns or items sent without approval will not be processed.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If you wish to replace an item, you must:

  1. Request a return for the existing item (if eligible).
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

7. International Returns

For customers outside the USA:

  • Shipping times for returns may vary.
  • Return shipping costs may not be covered unless the issue is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
